Your Day to Day:
Ensure that guest accommodations and/or suites are cleaned in a timely and comprehensive manner to guarantee complete guest satisfaction.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated rooms or areas in accordance with established standards and protocols, which encompass the following tasks: making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, and removing trash. This may encompass the cleansing of the kitchen area, room refrigerator, coffee maker, cups, glasses, and silverware.
- Inform the superintendent of the completion of the service in order to facilitate the sale or occupation of the rooms. Please notify the administrator of any room that is unable to be serviced in accordance with the established procedures.
- Contact your supervisor to report any necessary repairs or hazardous conditions.
- Respond to guest complaints and special requests and guarantee that corrective measures are implemented to guarantee complete guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and regulate the supply and amenities, and reduce waste in all aspects of maintenance.
- Follow the established procedures to report, turn in, and/or record all lost and found items.

- Frequently standing and moving throughout the facility
- Handling objects and apparatus on a regular basis to ensure the facility’s functionality
- Frequently kneeling, stooping, and leaning

- A substantial amount of time is spent utilizing communication skills when engaging with employees and visitors.
- When perusing room assignments, completing checklists, and replacing room linens and amenities, basic reading, writing, and math skills are frequently employed.
