Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to the highest standards
- Make beds, dust, vacuum, clean restrooms, and restock amenities
- Sanitize kitchenettes, mini-fridges, coffee stations, and dishware
- Report maintenance issues and rooms that cannot be serviced
- Respond to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain inventory and minimize waste
- Support deep cleaning projects as needed
- Follow all safety and lost-and-found protocols
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
What We’re Looking For?
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 200 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and handling equipment
- Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and night shifts
- Previous housekeeping experience and English proficiency are assets
