Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, effective, and efficient care to patients under the Vhi Hospital @ Home program.
  • Adhere to the professional code of conduct established by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and comply with all Vhi Hospital @ Home policies and procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety by performing at the highest clinical standards and implementing care plans promptly.
  • Maintain professional registration with NMBI and provide verification upon request.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager to create and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical audits to improve service delivery.
  • Perform procedures such as venepuncture and cannulation according to best practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
