HammondCare Horsley is currently looking for PPT Carers to join our team.
Our cottage-style residences offer both moderate and high levels of care for individuals living with dementia. You will be managing the cottage in a manner akin to that of a residence, which will encompass:
- Personal hygiene activities encompass cleansing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
- Domestic assistance encompasses tasks such as culinary preparation, household cleaning, and laundry services.
- Facilitating interaction with the residents to ensure their active participation in the activities of their choosing.
- Acknowledge, document, and respond appropriately to alterations in the conditions of residents, in accordance with your skills and competencies.
All newly appointed staff members will undergo an onsite orientation conducted by a Workplace Trainer. They will also participate in buddy assignments and receive support from seasoned Registered Nurses and Managers present at the facility.
