What will I be doing?

Delivering exceptional service to our visitors and owners during their stay at the resort! While adhering to the brand’s standards, promptly responding to visitor inquiries and requirements.

  • Furnish guests with customer service, which includes information regarding resort services, activities, and local attractions. Replace all used linens, towels, and essential products and supplies with new ones. Transport clean and soiled linen to and from the buildings and operations. Optimize efficiency and appearance by maintaining work carts/stations as required.
  • Ensure that all items delivered to the guest rooms are in working order and are tidy. Conduct a self-inspection of the carpets, draperies, and furniture to detect any signs of wear, damage, or stains. Report any maintenance deficiencies, replenish guest amenities and linens, and provide assistance to colleagues as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment, while remaining adaptable to the spontaneous demands of visitors.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues, whether they are preventative or otherwise, in the public area or guest cabins.
