Responsibilities of Health Services Research Coordinator Jobs in USA

Performs related duties and activities to coordinate clinical research studies. Collects information, recruits, screens, selects, determines eligibility, and enrolls study participants, while also ensuring that subjects adhere to the research protocol.

Additional Information:

This position has been recognized as a position of trust that provides access to vulnerable populations. The chosen candidate must successfully complete an initial caregiver screening in order to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years.

This position is not eligible for university sponsorship, including sponsorship transfers. The selected applicant will be accountable for maintaining their continuous eligibility to work in the United States (i.e., a citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or a foreign national authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship) on or before the effective date of appointment.

This position is currently scheduled to conclude on January 12, 2027, and will necessitate eligibility to continue working until that date. The University of Wisconsin-Madison is not an E-Verify employer, and as a result, it is not eligible to employ F1 STEM OPT Extension participants. Proof of work authorization and eligibility to work must be submitted in the event that you are chosen for this position.
