In this position, which is located in Hahndorf, you will collaborate closely with the nursing and resident engagement teams to fulfill your resident-centric care responsibilities in a timely and compassionate manner. You will be surrounded by senior carers and managers who are highly competent and supportive. This position is commonly referred to as “Lifestyle” in the Aged Care sector. About You:

• This position necessitates a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) qualification; however, a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is also acceptable due to the role’s involvement in resident lifestyle activities.
• It is imperative to possess the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance in order to perform in the Aged Care sector (or demonstrate a willingness to obtain it).
• Excellent safety awareness is essential to prevent our residents from tripping, falling, or injuring themselves. You must serve as their additional eyes and hearing.
• Excellent time management (we are a shift-driven workplace, including handovers), a trusted co-worker, and a very positive collaboration attitude are all required to ensure that a high standard of workplace safety is maintained. Additionally, strict safety procedures are consistently adhered to.
