Position Summary:
The location supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a DASCH home, providing direct assistance to the residents and offering guidance to the personnel. The program manager and the location supervisor are jointly responsible for fostering a secure and enjoyable home environment and delivering high-quality, personalized assistance. One of the duties of this position is to ensure that the individuals we support have access to community facilities and services while advocating on their behalf.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (no weekends are allowed).
- The workday schedule is comprised of direct support responsibilities from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and 9 a.m. to 5:00 pm. Alterations in administrative responsibilities
- The ability to respond to emergencies while on call with flexibility
- From Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.
- Today is Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
