About Role:
Night Care Assistants are responsible for all aspects of nocturnal care, including:
- Assisting individuals with their hygiene
- Conducting routine evaluations of individuals by their care plans
- Conducting security inspections of the structure
- Advocates for the autonomy and liberties of individuals
- Notifying the duty officer of any significant personnel changes
- Execute domestic responsibilities as instructed, such as laundry, housekeeping, and basic food preparation.
- Providing beverages and refreshments to individuals throughout the night in an appropriate manner
