Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, continence support)
- Support with mobility and transfers
- Assist with meal preparation and nutrition
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light household duties to maintain cleanliness and comfort
- Administer medication as required (training provided)
- Support clients with dementia and other conditions
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate effectively with the care team
Candidate Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must:
- Have at least 3 years of UK-based care experience (preferred)
- Have a valid UK driver’s license and access to a car
- Be experienced in supporting individuals with dementia
- Be caring, empathetic, and respectful
- Be organized, independent, and able to manage a household
- Be confident in preparing nutritious meals
- Stay calm and resilient under pressure
- Have strong verbal and written communication in English
- Have full right to work in the UK
- Ideally, reside in or near Bristol
