  • Employer: Premier Homecare Limited
  • Location: Bristol, UK
  • Salary: £896 – £1,204 per week (includes food allowance)
  • Job Type: Live-in (Rotational: 1 week on / 2 weeks off)
  • Shifts: Day & Night shifts
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in home care (preferred)
  • Language Requirement: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Commute Requirement: Must be able to travel to Bristol
  • Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, continence support)
  • Support with mobility and transfers
  • Assist with meal preparation and nutrition
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Perform light household duties to maintain cleanliness and comfort
  • Administer medication as required (training provided)
  • Support clients with dementia and other conditions
  • Maintain detailed care records and communicate effectively with the care team

Candidate Requirements:

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Have at least 3 years of UK-based care experience (preferred)
  • Have a valid UK driver’s license and access to a car
  • Be experienced in supporting individuals with dementia
  • Be caring, empathetic, and respectful
  • Be organized, independent, and able to manage a household
  • Be confident in preparing nutritious meals
  • Stay calm and resilient under pressure
  • Have strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Have full right to work in the UK
  • Ideally, reside in or near Bristol
