  • Role: Support and Care Workers
  • Hours: A minimum of 8 hours of Flex Up to increase pay in addition to the guaranteed contractual hours that provide job security, in addition to 1 x 16 and 1 x 19 contracted hours per week.
  • Compensation: £9,360 for a 16-hour shift and £11,115 for a 19-hour shift, with an additional £11.22 per hour for variable hours.
  • Earlsdon Park Retirement Village is located in Coventry.

It is crucial to recognize that it will be necessary for all Care and Support Workers to adhere to a seven-day rota system that will be provided in advance. Furthermore, they will be expected to work weekends as needed to meet the needs of the domiciliary care service.
