• Create, execute, and evaluate personalized care plans on an ongoing basis; adjust as required.
• Perform nursing assessments, provide support to physicians, and manage physician orders.

• Participate in ongoing training to ensure that industry best practices and high service standards are met.

Individuals Who Will Succeed

• A nurse who is essentially licensed and possesses a valid CLPNA registration
• Current CPR certification (BCLS)

• Demonstrates a strong capacity for observation, an acute eye for detail, and diligence. Demonstrates reverence for the rights and privacy of clients, their family members, and their properties.
• Committed to the promotion and implementation of secure work practices and a sense of precaution
• Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and clients; proficiency in Chinese would be advantageous.
• The capacity to adjust schedules on weekdays, weekends, and evenings, in addition to days and nights
• Work experience in a long-term care or support living (SL4) environment is the preferred qualification.
