• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses is required.
• BCLS certification must be current at the time of employment.
• It is advantageous to possess recent nursing experience in a pre-admission clinic.
• Demonstrate the knowledge, experience, and capacity to provide care for patients with a wide range of requirements, including the ability to guide patients through the surgical procedure with a comprehensive understanding of medications.
• Necessitates recent surgical nursing experience.
• Phlebotomy and ECG acquisition experience are needed.
• Recent experience with Meditech, including PCS and Iatrics, is preferred.
• Critical reasoning and problem-solving abilities are exhibited.
• A team member who is adaptable and has a positive attitude.
• It is necessary to possess the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment and possess strong time management skills.
