We are in the process of recruiting caregivers to provide their services during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays as the holiday season approaches. You will ensure that your client is not alone during the holiday season by offering personalized assistance and companionship. Furthermore, you will be compensated at double the rate for laboring on bank holidays during the holiday season.

Please be advised that employment authorization is mandatory. We are unable to provide support for visa applications or sponsorship, including those who are in possession of a skilled worker visa or are applying for a health and social care visa.

In your capacity as a live-in care specialist, you will offer your client companionship and support with personal care, household responsibilities, and maintenance (including cooking, laundry, ironing, and vacuuming) to ensure that they continue to reside in a comfortable environment.

Given that all assignments are situated within a 70-mile radius of Oxford, it is necessary to have the capacity to travel to the client’s residence.

What you’ll need:

  • The ability to operate independently and practical knowledge of professional care. You may have held a position that is similar to that of a healthcare assistant, support worker, live-in caregiver, or domiciliary caregiver.

  • Eligibility for employment
  • As this is a live-in position, you must be prepared to live with your client for a minimum of 10-12 weeks at a time. Nevertheless, a significant number of our Carers choose to remain in their placements for extended periods before taking a lengthy vacation.
